alright ladies and gentlemen.. this is the long awaited updated entry.
went to ubin in the morning on sunday, meeting the guys at 930am at tanah merah. i cant believe it, i was the first to arrive and they were late.. that's too absurb. slowly they arrived one by one, and in total there were 8 of us - me daryl edric kristie jiawei jason junjie and eric.
went ubin by the bumboat (duh!) and went to our usual store. soon we moved off and this is where the chain of events happened.
we headed to noordin beach and went to explore the insides, the sand were too soft so we got down our bikes and walked. then my earphones got stuck inbetween the wheels and the body, and so it spoilt. ugh! no more music to keep my adreneline pumping. we reached a dead end so we headed back up from whr u came. then we came across this muddy land with water in the middle of the path we're travelling. jason were the first to try cycling across it, in the end his wheels got stuck in the mud, so he couldnt balance and put his left foot into the pool of muddy water.. eww. hahahah i laughed at him, then slowly we pondered how to get across. then we didnt care much and just take the "safest" path. we continued forward and we came across another pool of mud and water in the middle of the path. during then there were only me edric and jason, and im the first. from what i see, i could see some land sticking out from the water and this made me thought that the water is shallow. i tried my luck and cycle through it, and in the end, my front wheel SUNK in! zz and the same thing happened to me. shouldnt have laughed at him. and the worst thing is my situation is much worse then his. i got down the bicycle and asked edric to rock the bike for me to get it out. then when the bike's out halfway edric asked me to help me to hold it cause he couldnt balance it. then when i went back, i walked into the muddy waters and the next moment i knew was my right foot SUNK right in. the water levels were just before my knees. i couldnt get my feet out as it got stuck due to the pressure and the mud. then the rest of the guys came and both eric and daryl helped me out. when they were pulling me, i still couldnt get my feet out unless i forsake my slippers which is impossible. its not a joke for me to go home barefooted from ubin to shunfu. so what i did was i took my feet out of the waters and i used my hand to feel where my slipper is. and i touch the mud, it was totally disgusting. but i didnt care much i just took my slipper out from the water and my whole slipper was covered with mud. luckily there's a prawn farm? beside and i washed my slippers thr. edric wanted to wash his slippers then he slip and sat on the ground, his backside got black marks. what a joke.
then after much exploration, we took a break and had our coconut drink at the same store. edric and junjie left earli and the rest of us continued after that. then the final event happened, it rained so the grounds were very slippery. we arrived at a downhill, the surface was very uneven and bumpy, worst of all it's slippery. jiawei was tired and he's taking the path with the nice surface. i went around him without braking and i realised that the path i took had a "ditch-like" grounds before me and i knew it was too late to brake so i just tried my luck to clear it. nearing the end of the "ditch", the velocity of the bike increased and the more it bounces, and alas i couldnt control it anyway further and i knew i was going to fall. then i flew out, for that moment it seems that all my troubles were gone. and the next moment i knew, i hit the ground and i was in pain. i injured my head arm and leg, zz. all for the sake of speed.. hahah but it was a good experience. i wouldnt let that little bit of pain stop me, so i rest for abit and i continued with my bike.

and this is my elbow. it isnt very clear though. there's still other parts that im injured but im just lazy to take it. i think ive fractured my left arm though .. but im not really sure of it
now im having a strained neck, and im goin to see the doc already.
what a sunday, this is a very exciting ubin trip. im looking forward to more outings like this. hahaha. some say im crazy but i think im just looking for excitment.
